About us.

We are a small on-line store selling unique handcrafted jewellery and knitwear. With a focus on natural materials produced in an ethical way. Showcasing our own jewellery which is handmade in our studio in South Devon and a range of Ethical Knitwear handmade in India.

We have been building on our designs and techniques for the last 10 years to create our brand Sappholily.  Our jewellery is all handmade by Sappho in her home workshop, using recycled copper and 24 K gold leaf. Our knitwear is all handmade and fair-trade and made in a small community in India. We have been working with this enterprise for over 10 years. The community supports local women by creating full time fair employment and training.
