Returns & Exchanges
We really want you to be delighted with the quality of our goods, but if anything does not meet with your satisfaction, please return the items within 14 days for an exchange or full refund of the purchase prices. Please email info@sappholily.com with the date of purchase, order number and receipt to let us know we are to expect your item in the post. All returns/exchanges must be in new and unused condition with all original tags still on. Sappho Lily is not responsible for return shipping costs nor for handling/import charges when products are returned from outside of the UK. In case of a lost parcel when returning a product, Sappho Lily cannot be held responsible for the loss.
If you decide to return a non-faulty item to us, you will be responsible for safe return of the item and the costs involved.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed an order we will send you confirmation of your order by e-mail.
Stock Availability
We do endeavour to hold as much stock as possible. However being a small business it is occasionally the case that only a limited amount of stock is available due to the nature of either the goods or the suppliers. If stock is not available for any reason then we will keep you informed.
